Custom Charges: While unlikely, please be aware there is a possibility that there may be a customs charge for orders over $300 USD.
Shipping to Canada
Free Shipping on all orders over $75 CAD.
All items are shipped via Canada Post within Canada. Upgrades are available through Canada Post, please leave a note during checkout or send a message.
Tracking: All items shipped to the Canada automatically receive a tracking number.
International Shipping
All items are shipped via Ascendia Shipping Service. You will receive the package via your country's national postal service.
Upgrade to USPS Priority Express or FedEx Priority International is offered at checkout.
Tracking: All eligible packages receive a tracking number. Please note we only ship to countries without tracking upon request, such as the Philippines.

If an item does not arrive within the expected time period, please contact Designs by Nature Gems directly. We may be able to offer a partial refund on the item, or you can purchase the same item at cost. This refund is the original item’s retail price minus shipping cost.
