We accept returns on listed pieces within 30 days of delivery. Items should be unworn and returned in their original packaging. Custom orders are made just for you and can't be returned.

Each piece is wrapped by hand to last. If something arrives damaged or needs attention, email a photo to hellosupport@designsbynaturegems.com and we'll make it right.
Most orders ship from our Toronto studio within 3–5 business days. Delivery times depend on your location, and you'll receive tracking as soon as your order ships. Free shipping thresholds for your region are shown at the top of our site.
All payments are processed securely through Shopify's checkout, which meets PCI-DSS standards. We never see or store your card details.
