Shipping policy

Once a notification of your payment is received, the item you have bought will be sent out within 4 to 6 business days. All items are shipped via Canada Post within Canada and via USPS for the USA and all other countries. Shipping times are as follows:

Canada: Within 1-2 weeks once shipped
USA: Within 4 business days once shipped
International: Typically within 2-3 weeks. However, this varies depending on each respective countries postal system. Some orders take up to six weeks to arrive.

Canadian and US orders automatically receive a tracking number. Packages to other countries automatically receive a customs number. Please note this is not a tracking number. International tracking is offered as an upgrade during check out.

Postage upgrades are offered upon checkout. These upgrades include international tracking, express shipping, and expedited making.

We reserve the right to change shipping providers based on availability of the region at any given time. We will do our best to ensure the services needs are met.

Please note: On occasion, due to circumstances beyond our control the cost of shipping may vary, and as a result an additional charge may be requested after purchase.

Once an item is shipped, the buyer takes all responsibility for the item. If an item does not arrive within the expected time period, the buyer can contact Designs by Nature Gems for a partial refund or to purchase the same item at cost. This refund is the original item’s retail price minus shipping and
