I hold no responsibility for items lost or damaged in the mail. If you wish to pursue this type of issue with the postal service, I will happily provide any information needed. But please contact us if you have any problems with your order otherwise.
Custom items can’t be returned or exchanged due to the nature and extra work involved in these items. I am happy to provide pictures during the making process and before shipping the finished piece to ensure you love your custom order.
Alteration details - If you wish for an item to be altered after having received the said item, I will make minor alterations for a small fee to be discussed upon description of alteration. This fee would cover cost of materials and time needed to complete the request.
