Custom Jewelry Deposit – Provide Your Own Stone
Begin your custom jewelry journey with a piece handcrafted around a stone you already cherish. This Custom Order Deposit secures your place in our design queue and covers the initial creative work required to transform your stone into a meaningful, wearable piece of art.
Your deposit includes:

Design consultation to determine the best setting style for your stone

Assessment of stone suitability for wire wrapping (shape, hardness, integrity) prior shipping to our studio

Custom wirework planning in gold-filled or our signature antique bronze
Once your deposit is received, our team will reach out with next instructions on how to safely deliver or ship your stone to us, as well as to discuss your design preferences and next steps.
Non-Refundable Deposit
This deposit is non-refundable, as it covers the design development, stone assessment, and preparation work required before wrapping can begin.
Communication Guidelines
Your custom order includes up to 6 emails to finalize design details. Additional communication or extended consultation may incur a small design consultation fee.
Balance & Completion
Once your stone has been assessed and your design is confirmed, we will share the remaining balance and crafting timeline. Your deposit is applied directly toward the final cost of your custom piece.

All our pieces are made to order with a select few that are ready to ship. All pieces are processed within 1 - 4 business days, with additional time required for customizations.

If you'd like a truly custom experience, we'd suggest choosing your stone.
- After purchase, we send you selection of stones over email to choose the exact stone you'd like.
- This is usually within 1 business day, and does not include date of purchase or weekends.
- We request all customers respond within 24 hours for us to make and ship your piece within 3 business days. If you do not, we may ship your piece to honor our processing time.
As every stone is one of a kind, this allows you to know exactly which stone you'll receive. If you'd like to be surprised, simply opt out of this option.
Every piece is carefully prepared and handmade. We process all orders within 1 - 4 business days, not including weekends and holidays.
Additional time is required for custom orders.
All shipping estimates can be automatically calculated at checkout and is based on your location.
